Returns and Right of Rescission
The buyer is required to inspect products immediately after delivery. The buyer can return the product and get his / her money back. For orders which have come about through the website or in any other way which only using electronic communications, is that the buyer has the right without penalty and without giving any reason a Right of Rescission to exercise within fourteen (14) calendar days after delivery of the product in question. Opened and used products can not be returned. The unopened products can be returned to D Cosmetics, Kerkhoflaan 208, 3034TJ Rotterdam, Netherlands. The shipping costs of return will be paid by the buyer. If the buyer has used the Right of Rescission, then D Cosmetics will refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of the amount paid (delivery costs included).
